Hi my name is Cindy Powley master colorists/stylists. Proud owner of Envy Beauty hair & make up studio. I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 18 years . This industry is forever changing , which is why continuing my education on the latest trends & techniques is extremely important to me. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
